When considering psychotherapy, choose a licensed therapist that fits best with your needs and with whom you feel understood and valued.
I conduct individual, couples and group therapy and see psychotherapy as a collaborative and creative process in which we explore your personal history and how these experiences impact present feelings and behaviors.
In a therapeutic environment of emotional safety and compassion, we explore how to construct healthy relationships and a satisfying life for you.
